Experimental Study of a 4HLB-4 Half-Feed Four-Row Peanut Combine Harvester

In order to improve the operational performance of self-developed 4HLB-4 half-feed four-row peanut combine harvester, single-factor and multifactor field tests were conducted on key parameters affecting quality harvesting. The response surface methodology was used study effects forward speed, clamping height, picking roller rotational cleaning sieve vibrational frequency loss rate impurity rate. A regression model constructed. multi-objective integrated optimization carried out for each factor. results showed that, in terms significance, influence factor as follows: > height speed speed. significance frequency. optimal combination a 0.85 m/s, 190 mm, 550 rpm, 590 cpm. Under these conditions, 2.62% 2.05% obtained, which effectively reduced met requirements Chinese mechanized harvesting operations. this can provide basis improvement harvester its operating parameters.
